Check out this collaboration workshop I’m hosting with my friends, Bryce and Corina of Bear Valley Mushrooms.

Together we are going to show you how to grow your own culinary mushrooms at home, PLUS give you some tips and tricks on how to cook with them.

WHEN: Thursday, September 26th starting at 6PM

WHERE: Westlane Brewing, Tehachapi CA

During this workshop you will be putting together a take-home mushroom growing kit provided by Bear Valley Mushrooms. Instructions on how to care for your mushroom. Be a part of a cooking demo highlighting several recipes using different varieties of mushrooms. As well as a complimentary beer taster to enjoy while you learn.
